Terms
01
Agreement
By creating a Nomi account you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business. We may update these terms; material changes get thirty days' notice by email to the address on the account.
02
The service
Nomi answers inbound calls to the numbers you connect, collects the information you configure, and writes bookings to the calendars and systems you authorise. We do not guarantee that every call results in a booking, and we do not act as your agent for contractual or legal purposes.
03
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the prices, service area, hours and booking rules you give us, and for the lawfulness of the number you connect. You must not use Nomi for emergency dispatch where a delay could cause harm, for debt collection, or for any automated outbound campaign you have not obtained consent for.
04
Minutes and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Minutes are measured as connected talk time rounded up to the next six seconds. Overage is billed at the rate shown on your plan at the end of each cycle. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle.
05
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Service continues to the end of the paid cycle and we do not refund partial months. Your number is yours: we will port it out to any carrier on request, at no charge, within ten business days.
06
Availability
We target 99.98% monthly availability on the answering path. If we fall below that in a calendar month, tell us within thirty days and we will credit the affected days. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance and never runs between 6am and 10pm local time.
07
Liability
Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profit, lost bookings, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
08
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute goes to the courts of Travis County. Before filing, both sides agree to thirty days of good-faith discussion with someone who has authority to settle.
